Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland

Alice’s Adventures in wonderland | Fantasy | Robert Sabuda | Notable Children’s Books | ages 4-8 |

Alice in Wonderland is very popular both as a book and film. It’s a fancy fiction book telling the adventures of Alice. Robert Sabuda brings to life, in 3D the imagination in this boo, based from the great story of Lewis Carroll. There’s so much to see as Alice encounters the strangest events and creatures she’s ever seen.

This is a great pop up book that’s rich in it’s illustrations and creativity to make the images literally pop out. It’ s different from other paper engineered books, and once you open this book, you’ll see why. There’s so much thought and detail in this book that’s extremely amazing and pleasing to the eye as an adult. Imagine how much more to children! Seeing their imagination pop up! I would definitely use this book in a class, between the grades preschool to second grade. The words remain the same, and it’s a bit lengthy, however, the pictures are so captivating, it’s sure to grasp the students attention. And a good pop up book like this calls for bringing out our own creativity. How can we not make our own pop ups or origami as Sabuda. It’s a great opportunity to practice motor skills with students and keep their tiny fingers busy.
